Our Current Rates are as follows:

* $175 cleaning fee on all bookings. Add $25 if all 3 beds are required.
* Hawaii State Tax 17.42% (Tax ID: TA-020-339-9168-01)
* Optional $10/ parking fee if renting a car payable directly to the resort

- Check, money order, and credit card payments via Pay Pal accepted

- Please indicate at time of booking your preferred method of payment and we will process accordingly.

- Terms and Conditions of rental will be outlined in the Rental Agreement

- The unit will not be confirmed until a deposit and signed Rental Agreement is received

- Check-in Time 3:00 PM. Check-out Time 11:00 AM. Unless otherwise arranged through the owner, the 11 AM check-out time is strictly enforced. This is to provide sufficient time to prepare the unit for our next guests.
- Evening and late check-outs can be requested closer to your arrival date. However late check outs cannot be guaranteed. The only way to guarantee an evening check-out in advance is to book an additional night.
Discounts may be available on last minute rentals and rentals over 3 weeks; just ask.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and you may need to cancel. Please understand that as we get closer to your arrival date, it is more difficult for us to re-rent the unit. We often need to offer a discounted rate to do so, assuming we are able to re-rent it. Our cancellation policy is built on this understanding.
